‘Matteo’s Beanie’ is made with double yarn from button and up. It is a bit long model witch gives a nice baggy look. The bottom is made with a simple lace. This lace is pretty both from wrong side and right side. You can choose yourself if you want the wrong side or the right side to turn out of the lace. The first piece of the pattern is knitted with a small circular needle (40cm). The hat is shaped with decreases in the top of the hat. – change to double pointed needles when needed. Or alternatively the technique ‘ Magic Loop’ can be used.
