Josefine’s ruffle bonnet features a delicate lace and a ruffle along the face. The main part of the bonnet is worked in the lace pattern which is knitted flat, the work is then joined in the round to form the back of the bonnet working decreases in stockinette stitch. Finally, a drawstring is knitted using an i-cord edge. The lace pattern unfolds beautifully in use.
